Your price, your details

Real premiums depend on your age, location, health history and plan.

Licensed advisors

Coverage is discussed by advisors licensed in your state.

Paid by carriers

Brokers are typically paid by the carrier, not by you, when a plan is placed.

Who we are

Bright Health Savings LLC, operating as Bright Health Savings, is an independent insurance brokerage. We work with licensed insurance advisors to help consumers review private health coverage options. Advisors are licensed in all 50 states.

Not a government entity

This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of the U.S. government, healthcare.gov, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any state health insurance exchange or agency. To use the federal marketplace, including to check whether you qualify for a premium tax credit, go directly to healthcare.gov or your state exchange.

Not an insurance carrier

We do not issue policies, underwrite risk, set premiums, adjudicate claims, or bind coverage. Those functions belong entirely to the issuing insurance carrier. Plan availability, pricing, benefits, networks and acceptance decisions are determined by the carrier, not by us.

How we are paid

There is no charge to you for speaking with an advisor or for the review itself. If you choose to enrol in a plan, the insurance carrier pays a commission to the licensed advisor and the brokerage. This is standard practice across insurance distribution and does not increase the premium you pay compared with buying the same plan directly.

Because commissions vary between carriers, we tell you plainly: this is the reason our advisors are instructed to state when a subsidised marketplace plan, Medicaid, a spouse’s employer plan, or COBRA is the better answer for your household — and to say so even though none of those pay us.

About the figures on this site

Actual premiums, deductibles and benefits vary by age, location, health history and the plan selected. The comparison figures on the homepage and in the savings explorer show how medically underwritten private PPO coverage typically compares with unsubsidized marketplace coverage — they are not an offer, a rate, an estimate for your household, or a guarantee of savings.

Nothing on this site determines eligibility. Acceptance on a medically underwritten plan depends on a health review by the carrier, and some applicants are declined.
